It goes back before 1992. Remember the four mobsters convicted of murder, because it would have given away one of the FBI’s song birds had the truth come out, so the FBI hung them out to dry on a murder charge of which they were all four innocent.
Wish I could remember the name of the case, but it easily researched. I think you have to go back to J Edgar to have some trust and there are probably some here that might suggest that era isn’t perfect either.

Scary thing is they can follow us, wiretap us, grab our emails and Facebook activity, check our use of credit cards and bank debits, frame us anytime they please and destroy us if they get the word to do so.
At least in Russia if you honestly say you are all in with Putin then I doubt they would hurt you like this. Enemies of Putin have brief lives, of course. Not a smart thing to be. Quite similar though to our country’s “justice” system.
