Documentation was released yesterday, reportedly from Roger Stone's lawyer, that claims that CNN didn't just happen upon Mr. Stone's home right before a 29-person FBI team raided it and took him into custody based on a "gut instinct," as the FBI claimed. The letter was produced by Mr. Stone's lawyer, Grant Smith, who sent it to the House and Senate Judiciary Committees. It details a frightening tale of CNN acting on behalf of the FBI in regard to the continual Russia probe.
The proof that CNN was tipped off by an official within the FBI investigation to Roger Stone's pending indictment and home raid is evident in the damning omission that comes on the final page of the letter:
6:22 am I receive, via text message from Sara Murray of CNN, what appears to be a draft copy of the indictment as it has no PACER filing notations in the header. (See attached) This makes the document provided to me different from the copy currently on the DOJ website and would appear to be prior in time to the filling and the unsealing. It is unknown how CNN had obtained a copy of a sealed indictment without a PACER filing header. Additionally, the metadata of the document sent to me, also attached, indicates that the author was "AAW" and that it was created and modified on 1/23/19 at 11:04 pm using Acrobat PDF Maker for Word, a full day before it was filed with the Court under seal.
The metadata are the technical aspects of the computer file that CNN's Sara Murray sent Mr. Stone's lawyer and act as a resource for when the document was first created and who created it.

Obama had a powerful influence on the swamp and I have never understood what their goals are. To willing destroy the greatest nation on Earth just doesn’t pass the smell test for me. I believe there is a much deeper reason for all this, but I can’t quite figure it out.

It appears Andrew Weissman is very sloppy and does not cover his tracks well. If what I believe is true he will be gone soon.
Since the document metadata shows that it predates the filing, I guess that Sara Murray of CNN needs to ‘learn to code’!

Maybe, if the DOJ disapproves of what he does. One would hope, but this is not the first time and nothing happened last time.
As written, the sentence identifies that the letter has an omission, rather than the filing. That is why it appears to be incorrect to me.
Perhaps a better construction would be "...the damning omission identified on the final page of the letter:"?
I was a Police Officer for 32 years and never had but one dealing with them and it did not show but I do not disagree with you. Just before retiring I was questioned by two ex agents and they were good and almost right but they did lie.
I would advise anyone to have a witness anytime they talked to an agent just for self protection. I learned a few years back that they would not record you,one would ask questions and one would take notes. This way they manipulate what is said.I always respected them but should have been smarter.

So far, I haven’t found any references to Weissman’s middle name or middle initial. Have you found it someplace?

The Holy Bible, written thousands of years ago, AND PROVEN TRUE AND CORRECT, clearly tells of these days. These days were predicted. All through history these predictions came and went, happening as Scripture said they would. Each and every event predicted, happened exactly as the LORD of heaven and earth predicted. They all did. This one is predicted. These times are clearly written the Book of Revelation. They are happening. The worst is yet to come. If you don't believe it, do so at your own peril. The worst is yet to come.
Why not name just one bureau to make it easier to know everyone who’s involved.

Speed is more important than accuracy. Speed is also easier.
It goes back before 1992. Remember the four mobsters convicted of murder, because it would have given away one of the FBI’s song birds had the truth come out, so the FBI hung them out to dry on a murder charge of which they were all four innocent.
Wish I could remember the name of the case, but it easily researched. I think you have to go back to J Edgar to have some trust and there are probably some here that might suggest that era isn’t perfect either.
