I met Justice Kavanaugh recently and he is very impressive, genuine, and approachable. CBF should pay for her lies but I wouldn’t want the family to endure the circus again.

a true American (s)hero who sacrificed so much to do what was right for our country

Yeah, she got paid a million bucks((that we know about) to lie, make things up and try to destroy the life of one of the finest men this country has ever produced.
And we haven't even counted the secret payments from Tom Steyer, George Soros And the rest of the far left crazy gang.

Doesn’t this remind you of Nixon era when Deep State knew and agreed to Nixon impeachment but then said “Woe, wait a minute — we gotta get rid of Agnew first” — and proceeded to do just that. I predict Fairfax will be gone before Northam.

The Democrat machine is wanting to push out Fairfax. Why?

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

The next in the line of succession is Attorney General Mark Herring, who is a reliably radical Progressive. He’ll be worse than either Northam or Fairfax - has no compunction about doing whatever he thinks he can get away with to further his own personal political agenda & the state has already had experience with him doing things like unilaterally ending concealed carry reciprocity with 25 other states. Not only that, he can finish out Northam’s term AND run for election ... a total of 7 years. Normally, a VA Gov is term limited - 1 term of 4 years.

For some reason, the black Lt. Gov. Fairfax isn’t popular with the Dem “machine” in Virginia:

“Three weeks before the election, he [Northam, but you know the Dems were involved] removed from flyers the name and photograph of Justin Fairfax, the black man running on his own ticket for lieutenant governor. In 2016, Fairfax was denied a speaking slot at the Democratic Party of Virginia’s state convention and dinner.” [ https://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2019/02/virginia_governor_northams_samba.html ]

This reminds me of my two brothers.

Jake* was sued for divorce. His wife’s lawyer, June* was a real ball busting b-word. She took Jake to the cleaners.

A year or so later, my brother Bill* was also facing a divorce. He went to that same lawyer, June that represented Jake’s ex.

She said; “Didn’t I represent your former sister in law a year back?” Bill said; “Yes. And you did such a great job for her in screwing over my brother, I want you to represent me in screwing over my soon to be ex wife.”

June laughed, but declined the opportunity. Said it was a conflict of interest.

*The names have been changed to protect the guilty.

From the Internet: “The lawyers of Katz, Marshall & Banks are nationally recognized leaders in the areas of whistleblower law, employment law, sexual harassment law,...” They want to win this case.

Look how close Nelson came to being President, and Ford survived at least two assassination attempts.

Rockefeller connection to the 25th Amendment
The author of the Amendment, Senator Birch Bayh wrote about the Amendment in a book titled ‘One Heartbeat Away’ He goes on to explain in the hearings before the senate, (Page 73)

After Professor Hyman had finished his testimony, I asked that a comprehensive proposal by New York’s Governor Nelson Rockefeller be included in the record. Even though this proposal represented a distinct departure from our consensus, I had some regrets that it had to be presented in writing, not in person. The Governor would have been a glamorous witness, bringing to our hearings much of the press attention that I felt we needed to keep our work before the public eye. Earlier, Ken Keating, as a senator from New York, had approached me to suggest that his governor testify in person, as he was eminently qualified to do so since he and his staff had given long and deep study to the problems of disability and succession.

Mistake. Lefty law firm will protect the Democrats.

It’s like Cohen picking Lanny Davis, a suicide move.

Nahh. What happened to Jake is typical of most every man who gets screwed over in Divorce Court.

That’s why millennials are not getting married. They saw what happened to their parents and figured marriage and a subsequent divorce is for suckers and losers.

Yeah, the routine screwing of men in divorce courts is something that needs to stop. Since the law has abandoned justice in these matters, it’s up to men to provide their own justice.

Anyone who sues me, unless I actually agree that their suit is reasonable, is dead, as is any lawyer that works with them. It’s the only rational position to take in a pay-for-justice system for those not so obscenely wealthy that buying justice is not a problem. Your one chance of deterring such suits is having those who would bring them fear consequences.

Dead?

Many men have considered that option. Spend 20 years in prison for killing your ex.

Or spend the rest of your life in acrimony, alimony and child support payments.

Katz, Marshall, and Banks wants everyone to know that they are equal-opportunity shysters...they are just as happy to get paid for going after a liberal black Democrat as they were to go after a conservative white Republican.

Thank you so much for the excerpt and article.

The Kobe defence, let’s see how that works out for him. Also, this is killing his chances for Governor in the next election.
