ABILENE, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) - The Border Patrol Agent who lost her life Saturday evening while on duty has been identified.
She was United States Border Patrol Agent Donna Doss, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Kevin McAleenan.
Fundraising efforts are now underway to help Doss' family...

Seems odd that it was so far from the border. But the border has been so out of control for so long it could have been Minnesota
Not much background here on the action she was involved in hope Trump brings it up in today’s SOU (state of the union) along with recap on progress made in reductions made in government bureaucracy
If one relies solely on the lightweight twit media. What is mot being shown by their polling is Too many view these exchanges on the border as petty political bickering and because they focus on personalities the progress made in reducing regulations and cumbersome bureaucracy is lost.
She was struck by a vehicle as she crossed the interstate on foot to assist DPS in determining a person’s citizenship.
She was killed by a passing car while assisting at a traffic stop.

Curious. The excerpt makes it sound like she misplaced her car keys or something. “Lost her life” probably should be avoided by a “journalist” trying to describe a violent death.
How sad.
It’s long past time to step up and stop playing games with these crimillegals. Stop playing catch and release. Lock them up for the rest of their lives.
