Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is making her first public appearance since undergoing lung cancer surgery in December. The justice sat in the back of the darkened auditorium at the National Museum of Women in the Arts.
The National Constitution Center, which sponsored the concert, did not permit photography.
James Ginsburg said before the concert that his mother is walking a mile a day and meeting with her personal trainer twice a week.

Ok, was her son the guy who saw Elvis washing his Cadillac last week but Elvis dropped the hose and rushed away before her son could take a cell phone picture? Thought so.
Since it was “walking” then it proves Ruth wasn’t the elderly woman catching up with and passing the guy in the red Lexus as she was running in the emergency lane to his right.
Just walking.
Then she can certainly attend the SOTU. Any bets as to whether she does?

That by itself wouldn’t be unusual with a younger person after surgery. A whole lot of recovery and rehabilitation happens in the following week or two. But given a patient her age and general condition, I would expect a goal of about 50 feet or 50 yards after a couple weeks.
Ginsburg spotted in Chicago after beating a homosexual actor.
Everyone has a cellphone now with a camera. Not one picture emerging from this appearance? Fishy.

An art school student saw her and quickly made a charcoal sketch. Pretty lifelike. That’s as close as we’ll get.
