To me, it appears that the older sister (and, possibly the mother) should also have been investigated for child trafficking, -- even for running a child prostitution operation.
Something was deeply, deeply wrong in that family -- and it probably continues...
Yep, it’s definitely a messed up family and it sounds like the older sister and mom are real dirt bags.
