Bannon’s not totally wrong. AOC is doing us a solid by devouring all the media attention that would normally be going to the ‘bench’ of wannabe Dem candidates for 2020.
This requires no grit or intelligence, though, any more than Obama getting a Nobel prize for just being himself.
AOC’s shocking socialism is also giving cover and steam to Bernie’s Marxism, which is pulling Dems ever leftward. This is good, because it can lure free enterprise Dems to sit out the next election while driving independents to the GOP.
AOC is their Ann Coulter, a loudmouth who punches above her weight.
Bannon is encouraging someone that’s dragging the Democrats so far left it will encourage Schultz and Bloomberg to enter the race. That means Trump wins. His base won’t support any of that.
