1. I’m not sure Trump can veto a Fongressional vote of disapproval

2. Even if he can veto it, Don’t assume there aren’t 18 Republicans to join the Dems and override a veto. Most GOP senators are open borders, in thrall to billionaire donors

Under current LAW, it takes 3/4 of BOTH chambers to override a Presidential Declaration of Emergency. The open-borders RINO Traitor Confederacy would have to round up 28 traitorous RINOs to go on record. That won’t happen, IMHO. If they take a vote at all it would serve merely get all the open-borders ‘RATS & RINOs on record before the 2020 elections.

There is no Senate power to over-ride Executive power.
There only option would be impeachment.
And I would love to see them try.

Yes he can. Bypassing the Executive branch is unconstitutional.

“2. Even if he can veto it, Don’t assume there aren’t 18 Republicans to join the Dems and override a veto. Most GOP senators are open borders, in thrall to billionaire donors”

There’s only 6 GOP Senators that might support the resolution.

I don’t believe that a Congressional vote actually has any legal power. I could be wrong but this is simply the way a few GOP Never Trumpers prepare for the 2020 election and beyond. Foolishness squared.
