On Rush today, a caller stated that the Democrats will try to replace one of those 2 & 3 slots, so they can move up if need be. Rush said he thought that might be a plausible move by the Democrats. I believe so too.
With the second revelation about Fairfax and rape, replacement might indeed become a fact.
