Even if the President doesn’t get one more dime, what has already been appropriated and contracted will make this the biggest year in over a decade (since the peak of the Secure Fence Act construction).
If he does get $3-5 billion more though, it will be the most significant year ever for strengthening our border. Where the wall goes in this year, they will be experiencing lower crime next year.
At this rate he would finish the wall in much less than his eight years. Their obstruction now will just reassure his reelection in 2020. Let them continue to obstruct. (Even our local democrats want the wall! Some want it electrified)
What do you know about the “extra” equipment like the electronic dogs to be used at ports of entry to detect drugs in containers? I’m hoping that NANan insists all her funding goes for updated detection, manpower etc. I do believe that POTUS will find a way to “fund the wall!” Without her help!
