My objection to this design is that it seems too easily removable by some future pol.

I do expect that it will be a fairly effective barrier functionally.

On the other hand, this “fence” design would serve as a wonderful foundation to create a full concrete wall by some future pol.

3000% easier to remove electronic surveillance than a 4” thick steel columns fence. A steel fence high enough to break your ankle bones if you jump is better than no fence.

A concrete wall is not going to happen, so it should not be thought of as a legitimate option.
