WTH? That easy? Maybe he'll put an end to caravans next by declaring them disbanded. Yeah, that'll work. Now, about that 250+ lbs of fentanyl...........

Sounds like he just declared open season on the cartels taking control of more and more. Soon, they will have no need for a “Mexican president”, as the government will have been swallowed up by the cartels.

He’s probably got his personal situation all set up, and doesn’t care what happens to the rest of the country.

Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador declared an end to his country’s war on drugs Wednesday, announcing that the army would no longer prioritize capturing cartel bosses

Another reason to BUILD THE WALL!

So no more arresting of cartel bosses. The Narco State wins. Place your bets.

A. López Obrador was bribed to end the drug war.
B. López Obrador was threatened to end the drug war.
C. Both of the above.

Didn’t the last Mexican president get $100,000,000 from the cartels? What is the going rate?

“No capos have been arrested, because that is not our main purpose.”

He said that he has given permission for the “drone rainfall”
from the USA to start falling on cartel palaces anytime tho......LOL (we wish)

Just bizarre.

I think a Cartel Boss gave him an ultimatum of what was going to happen to his family unless he bowed down before them.

Meanwhile on Fox this morning, the reporter who was reporting on the caravans and his cameraman actually got into one of the 18 wheelers they were loading with migrants heading to the border. The individual Mexican states are 'sponsering' the trucks to haul the illegal migrants.

WTF is going on. It is time to hold Mexico accountable. Shut-off all remittances to Mexico now!

Sounds like a good excuse for Trump to declare a “State of Emergency”.

Mexico’s “war” against the drug cartels has been a sham for decades. Everyone knows that the cartels rather than the police or military call the shots in Mexico, so why not turn de facto into de jure?

Maybe he is getting out of the way of PDJT. Possible bombing runs on drug distributors by the US?

First he ends the crackdown at his southern border, letting the caravans through as long as their stated destination is the U.S.

Now he is ending the prosecution of the Cartels.

Sounds like we now have a National Emergency at the border when the southern partner has shirked all responsibilities for securing their side.
