POTUS vetos their stupid bill. And they know he will, so it why do it?
Because they want to make a statement. Funny, Republicans never bothered to ‘make statements’ when Obama was ready with a veto.

Looks like the Senate has enough Votes to Override a Trump Veto. I’m sure the House will too.
The only problem is the Legislature is not the CIC. This looks to be an Unconstitutional attack on the Executive Branch and violates the Separation of Powers.
