Trump's point: The issue of DACA’s constitutionally and SCOTUS DOES NOT apply to congressional action - but only executive actions that Trump would take if they do not act. Congress's unquestionable constitutional authority to pass DACA legislation is NOT before SCOTUS.

Trump is saying that if Congress doesn't act to give him a bill with his wall money, which may include DACA (without a path to citizenship) he'll act on his own for wall money with no DACA.

My thoughts exactly! Too bad so sad, mommy and daddy were breaking the law, so you got drug along, again too bad so sad. I also think that the entire country’s voter registration should be wiped out and everyone has to reregister to vote. You should have to show a birth certificate, proving you are a citizen or naturalization papers. Don’t care, you can get it very easy, give them until 2020 to get it done.

“Don’t necessarily bet on that. Yanking the rug out from under the GOP’s negotiators in this fashion might have them looking for ways to sideline Trump too. If they can’t even trust Trump to stand by offers made publicly in national addresses, why should they go to the mat for him at all?”

why shouldn’t Trump remove his offer of DACA relief to the demoncrats? they said no to that concession, and then pelousy said very recently absolutely no money for the wall. so you are saying Trump shouldn’t be able to respond to their intransigence? would you want Trump to up his offer with more concessions until he gets no money for the wall and the dems get everything they want? that’s how all our previous repub prez operated and that’s why the dems behave the way they do. the dems need to be taught a lesson, and in fact, Trump should up his request to the full $25 billion he really needed to build the wall on our southern border.

teach the dems a lesson, that you now have a new sheriff in town.

Sad to note that the President has to drag the Republicans toward success.

GOPe better get onboard the Trump Train. The losses in the Mid-Term involved many, many NT’ers exposed and allowed to depart without public humiliation or prosecution.

A DACA trade made sense as a delay until a wall was built. Since there will be no wall built according to Pelosi, it makes more sense to wait for the SCOTUS decision on DACA.

Democrats didn’t accept the deal - so DACA is off the table. How hard is that for liberals to understand?

He made the offer on the 19th. Pelosi turned it down. Now he has moved on to something else.
Look up the word ‘negotiation”. The entire membership of congress, seemingly all journalists and every democrat have forgotten or have never learned this word.

WHY ARE WE ALLOWING CITIZENS FROM OTHER COUNTRIES RIGHTS THEY DENY US ???
It’s time we consider illegal entry by any person who is a non Mexican citizen illegally entering the United States through the US Mexican border a defacto Mexican citizen with limited Mexican constitutional rights subject to their laws while transiting. As well as any Mexican citizen doing so. Subject to reciprocal citizen treatment a citizen of the United States receives in Mexico through the Mexican constitution on citizenship .

Besides being unable to vote one must also be a citizen to own land and Mexico is very restrictive about granting citizenship. Because of that a US citizen besides not being able to vote, and cannot have title in their name to any land property in Mexico. And until that is changed the US and the affected state should consider making that reciprocal.prohibiting citizens of Mexico or countries with similar restrictions from doing both voting and land ownership.. .

If I remember correctly his opposition said they would not even negotiate with the government in shutdown. When will Republicans ever understand that Democrats only do one thing consistently well. They LIE.

Will the parents be deported too? Seems no one ever talks about the illegal parents that brought them here.
