Stop talking about who or what is most responsible. And focus instead on what is happening and how unusual it is -- and what it is costing communities.

I've seen them doing this a lot more over the last year or two. Every weather event that is drastic is used for hand wringing anecdotal/incidental evidence that the climate is changing.

Of course, this isn't even remotely close to anything resembling science. This is exactly the kind of instructions you include with a propaganda campaign.

THE VERY FACT THAT THEY HAVE TO GET TOGETHER AND COLLABORATE (CONSPIRE) TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO CHANGE PEOPLE'S MINDS IS ALL THE EVIDENCE YOU NEED THAT THIS HAS EVERYTHING TO DO WITH PROPAGANDA AND NOTHING TO DO WITH SCIENCE. If it was about science, they'd actually be collaborating about the sciences behind proving it (not communicating it) and the actual specific remedies needed... that don't include political actions such as taxing things or draconian, liberty killing laws.

Unusual? Perhaps but only of the moment. Taken into the context over thousands and thousands of years of hot times, cold times etc. it is not unusual at all.

Was thinking just yesterday of the incongruousness of Liberal/Progressive thought. As a group they either accept things at face value with little or no depth of investigation making assumptions and conclusions with mindlessly little supporting information OR....

They dig so ridiculously deep into a subject that they overthink it to a point of losing all meaningful significance ie. academia. They torture reasoned facts until they at least partially fit into their preconceived notions or agenda and then base their further assertions based on those absurdly contorted “facts”.

There is no “sweet spot” for Liberal/Progressive thinkers. The Scientific Method has been completely replaced by a results driven mentality. One of the primary reasons why many L/P ideas work in theory but fail miserably in actual practice.
