Also, we can push her to incorporate SJW themes into her medical plan. Have her push the point that all get the same quality of treatment even if they are paying with cash. And that only state-owned medical treatment centers will be allowed - no boutique care for you!
And make sure she uses the term ‘kulak’ in her speeches.

I’m sure whatever the Demoncrats come up with, Congress will exempt themselves and their staff from it like they did for Obamacare.
Say this for Kamala, that unlike Obama, she is completely upfront about doing away with any kind of commercial health payment insurance.

If you want to stick it to Harris plant suggestions elsewhere that she start by legislating an end to the Cadillac congressional healthcare plan. That should be the constant question before her at any appearance.
