Now that’s definitely true. When you watch him, he seems in another world - he’s living in some weird, weird dream that includes only him.
When he does manage to grasp the real world he reacts like a kid: huffing, puffing, face scowling, spouting threats and platitudes at the same time.
It’s comical that he was elected in his district. It’s basically majority Indian and Chinese now. In a few more years he’ll be another Crowley - displaced by a non-white in a primary, and then he’ll disappear.
