No, I doubt it. They want to go after the Senate because WY has the same number of Senators as CA and that’s just not fair. Only problem is that Article V says equal representation of states in the Senate cannot be amended away (without every state’s approval). Some are saying that Congress can just pass a law to that effect. But good luck on getting most Senators to vote their jobs away. It might take CWII to get this country the way LA/NYC/Chi think it ought to be..
