Do not hold your breath waiting for jury nullification in this matter - he was arrested at home in South Florida and arraigned in Fort Lauderdale, but the case will be heard in Washington, with a D.C. jury.
If only Chris Wray would do something about this.
A South Florida jury would be no different.
I think he drew the Manifort (solitary confinement) judge,too. Maybe that’s why they threw in the witness tampering charge so they can put him in the dungeon which was the charge that led to Manafort’s incarceration.
They would still have to be unanimous.
