Salvadorians and other WB’s are pretty quiet and low profile in the New Orleans are. A lot that rushed in after Katrina left, went back to Houston I guess. Truth is the Latinos are good and afraid of the blackamoors. They should be. Local blacks are really feral and cordially hate Latinos who will work and work hard if not very intelligently. Grunt work was a black thing before they came. Also MS-13 seems completely absent from the scene. The town is so weird it isn't worth the trouble. This is a question, why hasn't the President directed the end to any US money going to Central American states and Mexico. He is President and he can tell the director of foreign ‘Do it right now and provide me evidence you did or you are fired.’ Why is this so tough. BHO engaged in these sorts of actions regularly.

One thing is rarely discussed about the Mexican constitution on citizenship is besides being unable to vote one must be a citizen to own land and they are very restrictive about granting citizenship. Because of that a US citizen besides not being able to vote, cannot have title in their name to any property in Mexico. And until that is changed the US and the affected state should consider making that reciprocal.prohibiting citizens of Mexico or countries with similar restrictions from doing both.
