The day after the end of the NFL season, when teams fire allegedly underperforming head coaches, is known as Black Monday. This year that nickname was a tad too on the nose. Of the seven NFL head coaches fired, five are black.

It's about the social justice warriors ruining football. Coaches and quarterbacks are hired on their ability to win. Pretty simple.

Good point. While many coaches are former players, it doesn’t follow that all former players are going to be good coaches.

Professional sports is becoming more pathetic every year.
Don’t they have the Rooney rule, which states that there must be minority candidates interviewed for coaching openings?
And what are they saying? That the percentage of minority coaches must match the percentage of minority players? Otherwise the whole thing is racist?
The nfls low number of white players in proportion to the population percentages is evidence of racism.
The nba’s low number of white players in proporion to the population percentages is evidence of racism.
The fact that every group except whites are allowed to have their own exclusive race clubs and ceremonies, in addition to participating in similar events for everyone, is evidence of racism.

The low number of Japanese equally proves racism - as long as you assume that all characteristics are equally distributed across all people, which they are not.
