He should just hold it in the Kennedy Center. For security they should require rsvp’s in advance.
I agree the Kennedy Center is a great idea. They could could fill both the concert and opera halls with overflow in the main hall and huge screens on both millennial stages. A rooftop banquet would be a great finishing touch with fireworks of course.
