RALEIGH The states investigation into alleged election fraud by the Mark Harris campaign will continue, a judge ruled Tuesday morning.
Harris is the Republican candidate who appeared to narrowly win an election for North Carolinas 9th District seat in the U.S. House of Representatives in the 2018 elections. But the state has not certified his victory, due to an ongoing investigation into alleged fraud related to mail-in absentee ballots.
Harris and his legal team had asked Wake County Superior Court Judge Paul Ridgeway to order the state to certify the results of the election despite the investigation, which could then send Harris to Congress. Following two hours of arguments from Harris lawyers Tuesday morning, as well as lawyers for the state and Harris 2018 Democratic opponent Dan McCready, Ridgeway said he would deny Harris request.

Government is now largely done by “because I said so”.
This is no longer the Constitutional Republic I was born into.
Harris is a Republican, so lots’a traction on this story. Not a peep about hundreds or thousands of questionable RAT wins, though.
It’s sad because the Democrats were doing this for decades and only went after Harris because he used one of their former guys to do the same.
Given all of the voter fraud, vote harvesting, and other dirty tricks from the democRATS in Kalifornia, the only investigation in the entire country is against a Republican. Amazing.
That is because democrats fight. republicans are too good to bring themselves down to actually fighting for America. if not for Trump, we would have hit the tipping point by now.
Simple fix....residents of the district have no representation in Congress....so just certify tax-free income status for each day they have no representative. Same for federal gas taxes....if any service station operates within the district...the gas should reflect no fed taxes.
