In light of Ohr's (or Baker's ?) testimony that he briefed the FBI repeatedly about the political source of 'the dossier', it appears that Solomon is giving them a big 'out' with eventually getting the FBI to bite... From what we have seen one would suppose that some senior FBI officials were all too eager to receive the 'dirt' and to act upon it.
Plus I ain't too prone to buying the gullibility of the FISA judges; no follow up action on their part... and Chief Justice John Roberts is in charge of those judges: where is some reaction on his part?
Roberts is compromised. All of the FISA judges probably are as well.
