Full Title: TWITTER IS A SCAM-> Verified Users Threaten to Murder, Physically Assault Minor Teens – And Keep Their Accounts

Twitter is a complete scam.

The social media platform proved this weekend, without a shadow of a doubt that they do not have a terms of service implemented to curb threats.

Twitter’s ‘rules’ or their ‘terms of service’ is only a front to ban conservatives, not to stop death threats.

We’ve known this to be true all along — now we have proof.

After a selectively edited video of the Covington Catholic teens went viral on Twitter, verified, bluecheck accounts accused the minor teens of mobbing and harassing a Native American activist — the full video of what transpired proved this narrative to be a huge lie.

*********

Verified accounts ran with the lie and called for the murder, physical assault and even sexual crimes to be committed against the children.

These calls for violence against children clearly violate Twitter’s ‘Terms of Service,’ however they took no action against the accounts. Every single account is still up.

*********

Twitter has taken no action against these verified bluecheck accounts even though they blatantly violated the terms of service.

In fact, hundreds of people reported ‘House Shoes,’ a Los Angeles-based DJ who called for the Covington Catholic kids to be burned alive and Twitter said in a response that his tweets did not violate the rules.

This pattern and practice proves that Twitter is not a common carrier at all, and its executives should be liable for crimes committed using that service.

And it’ll happen to...the killing, I mean. Probably not with these kids, but the “unhinged” will eventually declare open season on the Right.

I pray for these brave teens.

You got it - the terms of service of most social media sites are only there to be used against accounts expressing views they disagree with. Show a little true diversity from their agenda and you’ll be banned - temporarily or permanently. Toe the leftist line though, and you can apparently advocate for all kinds of violence, unrest, and un-civil behavior with complete freedom.

If you aren’t already armed to the teeth, you’ve got one more election to get with the program and get yourself that way. The war is coming where Americans are going to be called upon again to bleed and die to protect their freedom and their way of life. You can take that to the bank.

This is UNEXCUSABLE. Obviously Twitter does not view itself as a "common carrier" and as such does not warrant the protections afforded "common carrier" services. SUE, SUE, SUE !

"THESE THUGS NEED TO BE PROSECUTED!!! NOW!! WHERE ARE THE POLICE??"

Exactly!! Where the hell are all the police that seem to show up when someone makes the shape of a gun out of a poptart?

I guess because these are leftists making terrorist threats the laws don't apply to them !!

This pattern and practice of making death threats proves that Twitter is not a common carrier;
its executives should be liable for crimes committed using that service.

DEMAND AN INDEPENDENT AUDIT OF TWITTER ACCOUNTS:

According to the Association of CPA’s, an audit is a systematic and independent examination of books, accounts, statutory records, documents and vouchers of an organization (non-profit or publicly-held) to ascertain authenticity of financial statements as well as non-financial disclosures and to cod ify that the account presents a true and fair view of the issues at hand.

An audit also attempts to ensure that the account is properly maintained as required by federal and state law. The auditor perceives and recognises the issues, and conducts a examination, obtains evidence, evaluates the same, and formulates an opinion on the basis of informed judgement which is communicated through an audit report.

Issues such as soliciting subscribers, collecting fees for service, billing procedures, and the detailed reporting of these issues. This includes the federal government, state government, the SEC, Banking oversight agencies, ERISA, insurance and other liability companies.

Areas commonly audited include: compliance audits, internal controls, quality management, project management, and collection and disposition of public monies. As a result of an audit, principles and stake-holders may effectively evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, for the edification of the relevant federal and state governance agencies and taxpayers with a financial stake in the subject matter.

Financial audits are commonly performed to ascertain the validity and reliability of information, as well as to provide an assessment of a system’s internal control. As a result of this, each party can have an accounting given on financial statements based on on the audit evidence obtained.

Due to constraints and limitations that might be placed on the auditor, an audit seeks to provide reasonable assurance that the statements are free from material error. In the case of financial audits, a set of financial statements are said to be true and fair when they are free of material misstatements – a concept influenced by both quantitative (numerical) and qualitative factors.

====================================

Users should specify that copies of Twitter audits are to be provided to federal and state governments, the SEC, the FCC, investors, including banking, legal oversight agencies, liability companies and other oversight agencies, and officials of the state and federal government deemed stakeholders in the resultant financial accounting.

Well, dam. My cat has her own Twitter account; it’s where we go to get away from politics and talk to other cats worldwide. And dogs. And parakeets. There are lots of us. WE also follow PGA golfers and people who write inspiring messages. .

WE occasionally get political stuff and always delete it immediately whether its from Trump or Occasional Cortex. NO POLITICS!!! (Except Steve Scalise who was furious about Saints referees stealing game.)

"Where are the “Red Flag” laws sending cops to these posters’ homes?"

Apparently they only apply to conservatives.

I guess we should have read the fine print on all these laws where it says they don't apply to leftists.

It’s not a scam, it’s a public company whose stock is making a comeback. They own it, they can make the rules, and hopefully soon they will be living under the same rules that other media companies who edit and censor content have to live under.

Meanwhile, ask yourself why there are no conservative or neutral equivalents to Facebook, Twitter, etc. Gab, yes, but just barely...ask yourself how much support you and people who share your beliefs give to alternatives...

Twitter approves of abuse, assault, torture and murder of minors that it’s management has personally targeted.
