It’s not anti-christian.....it’s Christ-Phobic (Christian Phobia).... let’s start defining the left’s hatred of christians in medical psychological terms.

I took the time to read that. Ugh. I still don’t know who these White Progressive Populists are. What is talking about? If David French were tasked with covering the NFL playoffs, he would write a piece about the Browns kickoff coverage team.

Is this another way to say the Progressive commie leftist dems are nothing more than Soldiers of Satan?

Yeah; that sounds about right.

And we all know how that turned out!

He (French) is the quintessential, whining, RINO “never Trumper.”

That's why his material is posted here. His supporters are trying to get a rise out of folks who know the damage he causes.

Agreed! But it also has roots in the Atheistic French Revolution...

People like Gracchus Babeuf were a huge influence on the Marxists and the Hegelians.

Well thank God that there is no White Community with its virtue signaling. I don’t think I could waste my brain on another form of PC English eBonics, or my a$$ hanging out of my pants below my hips; or go the see Hamilton productions in lock step or maybe some new production called Abortions Of The Opera in clinical blood splattering revelations. Nope, let them College Educated and Welfare Hostages be the foot soldiers for a life of political anger - ME, I’m off to the mountains, I’m just a packing!

Exactly! I think what we are witnessing in America is a slow motion French Revolution. Modern progressive democrats are the Jacobins. The Obama/Jarrett purge of the military and weaponizing of the Deep State the foundation from which they build on...

National Review has another article on this same growing trend, by M. B. Dougherty. https://www.nationalreview.com/2019/01/test-acts-will-challenge-religious-freedom/

In the article, he says:
The vice president’s wife, Karen Pence, took part-time work at a Christian school, which, like most religious schools, has a code of conduct or statement of faith obliging teachers to uphold the religious ethos of the school. News outlets treated this everyday fact of life as if it were a novel provocation and spent days documenting the “outrage” it generated. Really, they generated it. A column at CNN described the school as “a real-life setting for ‘The Handmaid’s Tale.’”

As Notre Dame law professor Rick Garnett wrote,

This story (and others like it) are tactical moves in an effort to “condition the environment” for situations when nominees to federal courts are revealed to have been involved with/sent their children to schools that have policies in place that reflect the abovementioned norms. Second, this story (and others like it) are tactical moves in an effort by opponents of school choice to — having largely lost the battle over the “statist monopoly or parental choice?” debate — cripple voucher and other school-choice programs by pushing legislatures (and enlisting business boycotts and pressure to push legislatures) to exclude from voucher programs those schools that “discriminate.”

Funny, one can go probably most of one’s life without hearing about Gracchus Babeuf...but this is the second time I’ve seen his name today! The other mention was in a book by a Spaniard, Federico Jimenez De los Santos, entitled Memorias del Comunismo (In Spanish, I’m not sure it’s been translated). He was discussing the intellectual origins of Marxism in French Recolutionary era thinkers.

Freeper coincidences!

The "anti-Christian ideology" the writer speaks about has existed, under one label or another, since the late 1800's. To any who may doubt its long and corrosive-to-liberty existence in American politics, please read the Centennial Thanksgiving Sermon(1876)" celebrating America's Declaration of Independence, as delivered by Dr. Benjamin W. Arnett, A.M.E. Bishop, and Ohio State Legislator, in Norwalk, Ohio.

In that glorious and lengthy Sermon commemorating the Declaration, Dr. Arnett warned of a faction, led, he said, by members of the academic community, which was threatening liberty and the Founding ideas: that faction, he said, were "a danger" to the very cause of liberty, and, according to him, they called themselves "liberals."

A better term is staurophobes; these are people that have an irrational fear/hatred of the Cross and of Him Who it represents.

I did not coin the word; another poster did but it brilliantly describes the pathology thereof.

Emerging?

I was being gratuitously hated in the classroom for being a Christian conservative in 1976.

It is my firmly held belief that if one is a practicing, believing Christian, one ABSOLUTELY CANNOT BE a Democrat!

Democrat platform, in that it embraces, celebrates and applauds abortion, is anti-Christian.

It is my firmly held belief that if one believes in abortion, one ABSOLUTELY CANNOT BE a Christian!

There are other telltales, but abortion is the key.

Pro-choice? Not a Christian!

And, if one does profess to be a Christian and is pro-choice, one will find out the error of one’s thought process eventually - one will have to answer to THE MAN!
