Yep - he's meticulously setting the stage and increasing the pressure....I'd wager he uses the term "RIF" very soon as now a lot of DOD civilians are vulnerable....especially the ones that are part of the Dem base.....I can hear the Dem's adopting a slightly Roger Miller tune as their dirge down the road...
