A very pleasant good Monday morning and ((HUGS)) to everyone at the Canteen and to all our military at home and abroad. Thanks for your service to our country.

How's everyone doing this morning?

LOL
You guys are WIMPS!
*teasing*
50 degrees would feel absolutely balmy right now!
Seriously, those wind chills are dangerous and can kill.

Howdy, E.G.C. ((HUGZ))

Did you layer up again yesterday or forego the lake trip?

50 degrees sounds balmy to me right now too! LOL

I could have stood it out there tonight a lot better if it hadn’t been for the wind. Can’t take pix wearing gloves and my hands were screaming in pain and my cheeks got a bit numb.

I’m a bit concerned about the flock of robins that were in the yard a couple of days ago. Way too early for them to be here and now they’re dealing with this cold weather. Doesn’t bode well for the poor birdies. :-(

I saw a flock of robins too.
I can’t imagine how they will fare in this weather.
Think I will go to the Dollar Store and buy up some raisins to toss out for them.

Well, I’m off to bed!
Good thing I work 2nd shift!
Off to me bedchamber!
Love to all and hugs alla round!

I had no idea who he was. I know the bands by their songs, but I rarely know the individuals IN the bands. My bad. You're the one with that kind of knowledge. 😎

I AM a wimp! That’s why when our son says he wants us to move to Wyoming, where there are a couple of feet of snow on the ground right now, I just laugh. And ignore him. LOL! I like a snow that looks pretty and melts in 24 hours, not 6 months. :)

Nighty-night, Sis! Get your rest so you aren’t worn out before the shift is over. It was great to get to visit with you for 2 nights in a row!

I hope the robins have nice warm nests or hidey-holes they can hunker down in. I guess if the eagles can do it, they can too. Or they can fly to a warmer location. Poor things. If they were smart, they’d be here instead of there. :)

Oh my gosh! Robins up there already???
We’ve had them here early before but I didn’t know they ever showed up in the north this early.

Good night and sleep well.
I hope this deep freeze doesn’t last very long up there. Just TOO cold!
*Hugz*

No it actually got a little bit warmer yesterday. He actually chased some birds at the golf course on the other side of the road.((LOL)) We had fun though.

I’m right there with ya on the moving to WY thing!
Might be fine during summer but during winter - uh uh.
They can have their two feet of snow on the ground.

I like a snow that looks pretty on camera. That’s it. LOL

Robins normally ARE in a warmer location now. No nests to hunker in because they don’t build until it’s time for egg laying. That’s a long way off yet.
Too cold for worms, which is what they love to eat, so I don’t know how they’ll get by. I hope they headed back south for a while longer.

You got lucky! It won’t get warmer here until Tues. and then only for a day.

Glad Gizmo had something to entertain himself with, though it probably wasn’t easy for you to keep up with him. :-)
