I think I read somewhere Manchin wants to become Gov. I don’t understand why WV still votes for him.
He wasn't too bad a Governor. A damned sight better than ALL the Governors (R&D) that I'd lived under in NY. He even removed the 6% sales tax on groceries.
As to why WV still votes for him, you must remember that WV is still predominently Democrat. GOP opponents have either been weak or lacked any real support from the RNC....something someone from AZ should be well acquainted with.
