Actually I checked again and like I said her remarks were from BEFORE he even gave the speech. I did see a video (I think in this thread, maybe another one) where she was talking about it a day earlier before she chose to fly commercial.

It states right in the article you linked to: Pelosi, D-Calif., issued a statement just before Trump’s announcement, calling the plan “a compilation of several previously rejected initiatives, each of which is unacceptable and in total, do not represent a good faith effort to restore certainty to people’s lives.”

I was expecting your link to have her remarks of what she thought AFTER his speech. That's kind of what your post implied. We still haven't heard from her or I haven't seen it yet.
