Armalite ran from the 50’s to the 80s. It came back into being in 1996 and has been up and running since then. I bought an “actual” Armalite AR-10A4 a few years ago, and it is much more in the shooter realm than the collector realm.

I am glad they are back in production, but the now ones, even though they are better FIREARMS, won’t have the collector value of the old ones, which were built internally much more like M-16’s than the newer ones are.

They are built just a few miles from me in Geneseo Illinois.
Rock River Arms and Springfield Arms are also in the same general area.

My oldest stepson is a dwarf and RRA helped me build an AR for him that fit and met legal dimensions. Good people.
