How many of Hoyer’s constituents work in The Swamp as Federal employees?

Hoyer is from Maryland. Maryland is a very anti-business state. Without the money that pours in from resident federal employees and contractors, lobbyists, etc, Maryland would be really hurting. We currently have a Republican businessman for governor so things are a bit better than usual. Unfortunately he is an anti-Trumper.

Gerrymandering has Maryland’s Congressional delegation at 7 Dems with only one R and the state legislature veto-proof for Dems. The population is more like 60-40.
