I know the NYT wants me to be appalled, but I say good for her.

I agree with you. My first thought was, ‘good for her’.

Will any of the GOP support her? Ask Rep. King.

Who cares? Why dont people mind their own business? Everyone is offended by someone, somewhere, somehow. Oh my God! That Gillette commercial was so bad, I just had to stick a knife in my face with outrage!

So. A Christian school upholding and hiring according to Christian/Scriptural teachings- this is news? Why not find out the hiring practices and student handbook policies of a Muslim lead school or hey a Yeshiva? Then get back to us with your shocked sensibilities.

Her personal beliefs are none of the NYT business. She needs to tell them to urinate vertically along a bundle of twisted fibers.

F*** you and the horse you rode in on, NYT-it is a private school operated with private funds, so they can teach whatever they want and refuse any student they want-this is a Christian school, so they only want heterosexual students and teachers-in other words, NORMAL people...
I don’t think there is any rule that says a 2nd Lady-or even La Primera Dama/First Lady-can’t hold a job if she wants to-so why wouldn’t the 2nd Lady accept a job wherever she wants to?

Great advertisement for that school. I’d prefer my children go a school that was minus dykes and fags.

So NYT reporters can’t go to that school.

Karen Pence, the second lady of the United States, returned to teaching art this week, accepting a part-time position at a private Christian school that does not allow gay students and requires employees to affirm that marriage should only be between a man and a woman. Why is this an issue? ALL teachers at all schools should not allow gay students and should require employees to affirm that marriage should only be between a man and a woman.
What is wrong with supporting biological reality and natural law?
Perhaps the New York Times has too many propagandists and too few responsible journalists.
