Since this is a Constitutionally Mandated responsibility and it’s to a joint session of Congress, I doubt she has and authority to cancel Trump’s address. Maybe others here know all the legal ramifications of such a request.

The speaker has to give the President permission to enter the House. The Sgt at Arms has the authority to deny entry to the President.

But there is no reason the State of the Union address cannot be given in a larger venue with the Judicial branch, The Senate,House Republicans ( the House Dems will boycott), in which the public can attend.

Can you imagine a 65,000 attendance by the public in support of PDJT with the other branches of government in attendance without Pelosi?

A TRUMP rally and State of the Union Address combined ?

The SOTU can be written and submitted. Since the TV age, it's been in a joint session, but doesn't need to be so. The speaker has traditionally extended an invitation, which I believe she's already done.

The current state of the union calls for an address....sooner rather than later.
