Not if we do our part by realizing that we have a majority of 53 in the Senate, and that Flake and Corker are gone. No compromises. No nominations based on sex or any other political correctness. Just urge the President to pick the best candidates, and they'll be confirmed quickly enough to avoid the debacle.

Judges who act outside of US Congress, legislative law, much be put in prison. USA is so lost to even allow such behavior by a judge. Lost with apparently very little strength to fight for USConstitution.

Scrotus is as big of a problem as the lower courts. It’s way past time that PDJT step up to the plate and defend the Constitution and his office. Ignore these unconstitutional injunctions.

Nothing. The press, dems, rinos and NeverTrumpers will go to defcon 1 with hysteria and calls for impeachment.

Who cares? There’s really no point in staying in office if you’re going to be paralyzed by the tyrannical courts or with the threat of impeachment.

Fast tracking to the Supreme Court is the best way to do that, IMHO. They almost always rule for him, and it’s 100% legal.

Trump should ignore those criminal judges that interfere with his Constitutional authority. He should, if he gets a good AJ have charges brought against illegal judges that try to sue. Treason would be a good start.

what Pres. Trump should do is every time one of these executive branch wannabes issues an order is to tell them we will continue to do what we proposed until the Supreme Court resolves the issue.

I think that is the answer - 1 federal judge should not have the authority to block a supposedly co-equal branch of the government. Further the executive branch is elected.

That’s not the point. Trump doesn’t need a green or red light from the courts do the work of the executive under the Constitution.

If he does, we might as well let the courts run everything and skip these messy election thingies. The sad reality is that, at present, they are running everything. It’s called judicial tyranny.

The SC needs to rule on the ability of ANY federal court, other than itself, to overrule the executive branch. Until they do that, it’s not safe for Trump to just disregard the orders, no matter how much I’d like him to. The dems could use that to impeach him, and I wouldn’t trust the rinos to disagree with them. Not on this issue.

Which it’s not(judiciary being the weakest branch). Co-equal is a myth. Like separation of church and state.

I suppose that would work too - the more I think about it though asking the the Supreme Court is still asking the judicial branch to check itself.

What I'm about to suggest is laughable with the current House but It'd seem like Congress Needs to act to constrain such activity via legislation.

Anyhow all of this is pretending the constitution matters - when it seems in reality it doesn't

Well, we’d have a better chance of that happening if Lindsey Graham and Mitch McConnell would GET BUSY and fill the NUMEROUS FEDERAL JUDGESHIP VACANCIES.

We have a large number of ACTUAL federal judicial vacancies. IMHO our HIGHEST PRIORITY needs to be FILLING ALL JUDICIAL VACANCIES — EXISTING vacancies.

FOR THIS YEAR I’d like to see the Republican Senate and the President work so, by the end of the calendar year, we’ll be able to count the number of remaining judicial vacancies on one hand.

BOTH the Senate and President Trump need to get cracking to QUICKLY fill the MANY VACANCIES on US federal judgeships. There are over 140 vacancies of which around 70 had nominees pending in the last Congress. But there were around 70 for which Trump had not yet submitted nominees.

And there are other judgeships where near-future vacancies are known. These also need nominations in the pipeline.
