I wish it was better that ibuprofen for arthritis- not so much. I use it at night watching tv and then go to bed - sleep better than I have in years

Nothing beats ibuprofen for bone pain, gout and tooth aches.
Unfortunately it will eventually burn up your liver.
As much exercise as you can manage and a little pot might give as much relief as ibuprofen. Fish oil and vitamin C every day.
