Lived here in Cebu for 16 years and just asked my wife which of those 3 countries she trusts the most. Her answer was Russia. Then I asked her why and she answered me with 3 words. I DON’T KNOW! That’s a typical answer you’re going to get from probable 90% of them here in the Philippines.

Yes, we get a lot of “I don’t knows.” I can’t count the number of times I have been asked, is Sweden part of the US? Is London in America? Is Brazil part of the US? It’s incredible sometimes.
