Apply for unemployment. Ask Dr. for samples. Rather poor insurance for a federal employee to have $300 copay—Obamacare?

A lot of people live paycheck to paycheck, but they don’t resort to lying. Insulin is $29 a bottle at Wal-Mart. If she’s on the really expensive stuff, she can ask her doctor to switch her to the cheap stuff. Not as convenient as an insulin pen, but less inconvenient than ending up admitted to the hospital because she didn’t take any insulin. But, again, she’s probably lying.
At least she’s blaming “the government” , and not Trump.

The most expensive I could find was $190 per vial with a GoodRx coupon. It’s $300 list price. With Medicare it would be a $40 copay for up to 4 vials a month.

It must be a hoax. I have Type 2 diabetes, and I can get insulin from the nearest Wal-Mart pharmacy for $25 a vial.
