Republican uncovered secret FBI debate over Trump motivation for Comey firing
Fox News ^

A House Republican's line of questioning uncovered revelations that in May 2017 senior FBI leadership debated whether President Trump was directed by the Russian government to fire FBI Director James Comey, Fox News has learned.

Contacted by Fox, U.S. Rep. John Ratcliffe, R-Texas, confirmed his questions to former FBI General Counsel James A. Baker uncovered the claims, some of which were first reported Friday by the New York Times.

Ratcliffe called the Baker transcript leak "selective," adding that the full transcript of the Oct. 18 interview, which is undergoing a classification review by the FBI and the Justice Department, reveals "that in May 2017, political bias infected senior FBI leadership, and emotion -- not evidence -- drove their decision making."

A separate source said Baker told investigators the internal FBI debate over the president's decision to fire Comey on May 9, 2017, included personnel who have since left the bureau for cause, retired, or have been demoted.

It is also significant because the investigation had run for 10 months and included a surveillance warrant on a trump campaign aide.

These comments about surveillance warrants should always mention that FISA warrants are two-jump-spying warrants. The person in the warrant can be surveilled, past, present and future as well as every person that person communicated with as well as every person that first layer communicated with. It probably means that every person in the Trump campaign was surveilled using the full power and money of the federal government. PDJT must be the most honest businessman ever since they have found nothing on him. This entire FBI/DOJ witch hunt is Stalinist.

Apparently, it’s OK for FBI Leadership to get “emotional” and “angry” that Trump fired their Dear Corrupt Leader and retaliation in the form of a Deep State Coup to paralyze his administration is just fine and dandy.

They were simply being emotional! Maybe it was their time of the month! You need to understand!

“and included a surveillance warrant on a trump campaign aide.”

Which is surveillance on the entire campaign because of the two jump rule.

The FBI has been political since day one and should be abolished.
The DOJ should be sentenced to decimation for atrocious performance.

The PPV rights would be worth billions.

It’d be easier to buy their indignation, if not for the fact that so many on BOTH sides of the aisle and in the FBI itself, were calling for Comey to be fired

the DOJ/FBI gets ‘emotional’ and ‘angry’ and proceeds to destroy not only Trump, but America’s entire foreign diplomatic strength and standing in the world by putting forth on a daily basis for the last two years, in collusion with their media friends, that our leader is the emotional, angry, unstable one who cannot be trusted.

Do the French have any guillotines we can borrow for a while?

Rush is right. The Deep State didn’t think President Trump would last 6-months, and Mueller’s investigation is the cover-up operation.

We have become a Banana Republic if everyone involved isn’t perp walked, tried in open court, and sentenced accordingly.
