This will be a weekly post.
Count remains at 85 judges confirmed.
53 District Court judges
30 Circuit Court judges
2 Supreme Court justices
This coming week, the Senate Judiciary Committee will take up the nomination of William Barr to be Attorney General.
Then the committee can move to judges and also, a new Deputy Attorney General, as Rod Rosenstein will be leaving.
Maggot McConnell is doing a great job, isn’t he?

Atty. William Barr: Longtime friend and associate of Robert Mueller!
That’s a flashing Red Light to me.
I do hope this fact has already been fully considered by
The President and his advisors. Maybe the Trump Team plans to use that friendship to Mr. Trumps advantage.
They know all the facts and I don’t.
No he is not. He could have had them all confirmed. Now in AZ there is a D senator who will want a different less conservative 9th Circuit pick. Same elsewhere. Now they ALL have to be renominated. Hundreds. All weak Mitch’s fault
The plate is not as full as it was 20-something odd days ago... you would think that Congress would have a bit more time to conduct this business at hand.
