Yes they are. My Mom took my daughter to her annual exam about 6-7 years ago in Crook County and Doctor wanted to talk to my teenage daughter alone for a bit, I was sick. My mother said no. He asked my daughter if there were any guns in her home and if she felt safe. My mother reply “No” and went off on him. We do not go to Loyola Hospital doctors anymore.
Now, IF the daughter/mother/wife/girlfriend/partner EVER says “No, I don’t feel safe in my home” on ANY form at ANY time, THEN they’ve got documentation to invade your house to “prevent” domestic violence when needed. To deny you a gun permit later when needed because of that “threat.”
