So they are REALLY doing this. Her clerk will write her opinions/dissents for the next year and then retire on Jan 1, 2020, thus ensuring no replacement can be made -- by Biden/Garland rule -- until 2021.

Heck why not? Progressive slime Woodrow Wilson's wife ran the damn government for months while he was incapacitated. Why not a single SCOTUS justice?

Pretty much. I bet they would put her on life support indefinitely until the DEMs got control of the WH and Senate.

I wonder if this would be obvious to those who study SCOTUS opinions in terms of writing style.

Unless Roberts plays along and doesn't assign any opinion writing to Ginsburg.

Does she have to put a physical signature on these decisions?
