If only there were a way you could be nearly 100% sure you don’t get infected without taking these drugs. You know, like the way insurers charge more to smokers because they are more likely to get lung cancer and whatnot.

Well since people who have trained as doctors and nurses can't be one hundred percent sure, only idiots among them don't use every measure possible from rubber gloves and plastic scrubs to medication like this.
