The McAllen are might be safe but I don’t think it’s a target for terrorists or gangs. What about the rest of the country? There’s a lot of targets to choose from!

Yeah quite safe as long as they take the cartel payoff and do not call law enforcement when shipments are coming or illegal invaders are coming across (cartel moves ME invaders through our borders).
