There is an idea for a pressure tactic. As sure as the sun rises, the Left will find a judge to say what they want.

I hope the skids are greased with the Supreme Court.

Absolutely. It would let Congress know that the wall is going to be built regardless of their obstruction (which would make them look worse), it would shift the shutdown timetable off of Trump, and serve to light a fire under the courts ass.
