South Carolina GOP Sen. Lindsey Graham issued a statement Thursday calling for President Donald Trump to invoke national emergency powers to fund his border wall.
"Speaker (Nancy) Pelosi's refusal to negotiate on funding for a border wall/barrier -- even if the government were to be reopened -- virtually ends the congressional path to funding for a border wall/barrier," Graham said in a statement. "It is time for President Trump to use emergency powers to fund the construction of a border wall/barrier."

FNC just showed a clip of a Border Patrol Agent tell the President of the burden federal employees are facing to have to go without a paycheck. The next to speak was the brother of the PO in Modesto, CA to tell those assembled he understands going without a paycheck is difficult but he will never see his brother again. Kinda put things in perspective doesn’t it.

I’ve said it before: just have the Commander in Chief direct the Corps of Engineer to use their training funds to build the wall, and instead of tearing down what they build when practicing, they leave it in place.
This method would avoid Dems maneuvering to block funds and avoid a SCOTUS challenge.

I just caught part of a video of a guy who was at that meeting between Trump and Pelosi/Schumer and he said he wished cameras were in the room because Pelosi/Schumer is not want to deal AT ALL!! Trump put the ball in their court, asking them what they wanted and they were rude as sh*t...Does anyone have a link to that video? I accidentally hit close, but oh wow, it was proof that these punks do not have ANY interest in solving the border problem.
