First attempted to contact my DEM Rep, (he stole the seat) Joe Cunningham in South Carolina. Unfortunately, his phone message was, “UNABLE TO RECEIVE CALLS AT THIS TIME.” So, I called Sen. Graham’s offfice and in my message, asked him if Congressman Cunningham is OK, as he is unable to take calls at this time.
I have emailed my democrat senators to tell them I support the President’s effort and asked them to fund the wall.
I’m sure they will only act if their constituents flood them with a boisterous outcry.

I called the DC office of both Senator Deb Fischer and Senator Ben sASSe.
I stated that President Trump has my full support; that I agree with his contentions about the crisis at our southern border, and; that I am not opposed to the present government shutdown, if that is what it requires to obtain funding for additional border security and “the wall” - whether the structure be concrete or steel.
I also stated that, from the fact checking I was able to do, the President was accurate in his statements, even while he rounded his numbers to the nearest 100 or 1000.
Finally, I stated to each senator’s staff member that I expect each of my senators to support President Trump and his plans for the southern border wall.

Last night on some FReeper thread, I laughed at the description of San Fran Nan and Upchuck.

Given the above facts, do you honestly believe, at this point they would care or even listen to anything we say? It is well past that point.
The DEMON RATS and RINO establishment, globalist, "republicans" already know EVERYTHING President Trump stated last night and they have already made it perfectly clearthat they have absolutely no intention of ever supporting his plea and plan to finally secure America's southern border because it is not in THEIR INTEREST to do so.
We have already PEACEFULLY marched on Washington DC via the massive Tea Party rally. Did they listen? No, they instead marginalized what took place and used all of the resources of the Federal government at their disposal to go after, persecute, prosecute and destroy the Tea Party and conservative American citizens.
We have been playing by the rules and have been "flooding their switchboards" FOR DECADES! Have they listened to the American people or done anything that we have lawfully plead with them to do? NO!
So, in all honesty, do you actually believe flooding the switchboards is going to make any difference now? The answer is a resounding NO!
President Trump needs to stop talking, stop begging the DEMON RATS and RINO republicans to "play nice" and negotiate; face reality, declare a state of national emergency, take the funds directly from the military budget and JUST BUILD IT ALL, IN ITS ENTIRETY using the military!
