I have a relative in a Pa CI and he says the greater majority of the inmates and guards are Trump supporters.

A brief conversation with just one of his inmate friends indicated that was true.

They have cable TV and access to everything except internet (seriously controlled access to everything, but the cable is in cell TV).

IMO, if you pay the penalty that satisfies the law, it was never a right if it can be taken by the state .... let 'em vote.

Maybe we should talk to some of these returnees and ASK them what they think .... eh?

Did I read this right:1 out of 10 adult Florida citizens is a convicted felon! I will vacation else where.

I suspect the politically-engaged ex-felon is more conservative, all other things being equal. Like legal immigrants are against illegal immigration. Politically-minded Ex-felon’s have done their time, and many now would be for law-breakers to face the justice that they paid.

Should have their 2A rights restored as well if the crime wasn’t gun-related.

I can confirm that in my state, too. I live. Very fe in an aea wieth lots of prisons, so there are a lot of felons out there. Very few of them actually vote, but most of them are Trump
Supporters.

They avoid voting because once all of their requirements are completed, they tend to want to lay low and not be engaged with the system if they can help it.

Prisoners understand force and human behavior better than anyone. If they didn’t like being cooped up with illegals in the joint, they might feel the same way on the outside. Who knows?
