It was passed by the voters and makes Floridas law similar to most other states in regards to restoration of voting rights for certain felons.
You don’t even know what direct democracy is, do you?
I’ll ask again, “What, exactly, does restoring the voting rights of felons do for our republic?”
Most states restore voting rights to felons.
At the point their voting rights are restored, they have paid their debt to society.
They are citizens and should have the rights of citizens.
