Planned Parenthood Launches #SayAbortion Campaign in Iowa

Planned Parenthood of the Heartland has placed billboards throughout Des Moines, Iowa, applauding women who feel no shame or remorse for having abortions. Breitbart News reports the billboards are expected to pop up in other Iowa cities as well as part of Planned Parenthood of the Heartland's campaign to break "the cycle of silence and stigma" surrounding abortions.

The #SayAbortion billboard campaign includes messages that boast, “I had an abortion, and I am not ashamed”; “I had an abortion, and it was just health care”; and “I had an abortion, and I am not apologizing for it.” The campaign intends to advance the narrative that abortion is merely “safe, common health care.”

Planned Parenthood's website asserts, “We #SayAbortion to create a culture where abortion is understood as a basic human right, an essential part of health care, and a normal part of life.”

My first job at the large hospital for which I worked for 25 years was in the Pathology Department.One day,I paid my first visit to the autopsy room.Being a teaching hospital the autopsy room was filled with vessels containing various organs...hearts,lungs,kidneys,etc,which were used in various research studies.

Among the smaller vessels on the shelves was a glass jar that looked very much like a quart-sized pickle jar.In that jar were three or four tiny babies..."fetuses"...sitting in a clear liquid.They were all about the size of my thumb and were all perfectly formed.They couldn't be mistaken for anything but little tiny humans.

I remember that the one I could see most clearly needed to have his/her fingernails clipped.

Although this happened about 45 years ago I can still see the image like it happened yesterday.

And BTW...this was before Roe vs Wade...so it seems likely that these kids were stillbirths or "spontaneous abortions"...meaning abortions that happened naturally.

I can easily understand why Marxists have made it illegal to display photos of tiny "fetuses" near abortion mortuaries.
